Brett Adcock's Hark Pro goes free — first AI that feels like a real personal assistant
thealexbanks · x · 2026-10-12
Brett Adcock (founder of Figure and Archer) launched Hark Pro on Oct 6, and Hark — which raised $700M+ at a $6B valuation in May — has made it free on web and mobile with all features included; $20/month doubles usage, $100/month gives 10x.
Alex Banks tested it for a week: it did the weekly food shop, cleared 26,000 promo emails from his partner's inbox, booked flights to GTC in Berlin, and helped research topics from his X bookmarks. His framing: Claude is the worker beside him all day; Hark is the PA handling life admin in the background via cloud-browser Handoffs. Also this week: Claude arrived in Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, and OpenAI pulled three math papers over a single sign error.
