ColGrep-Agent runs fully locally with no API key required: install via brew install lightonai/tap/colgrep && colgrep --install-agent, index a repo with colgrep init, and query like colgrep --agent "where are retries configured". A single command (colgrep --install-claude-code) wires it into Claude Code.
