Sketch-to-3D heads: leaving your sketch unfinished gives H3 more freedom
Suibeam · reddit · 2026-10-12
A Reddit user shows results of converting simple sketches into 3D heads (follow-up to a previous post). A counter-intuitive finding: when the sketch depicts short or thin hair, H3 sometimes forces the head shape to match the sketch. The author speculates that more loose strokes instead of clean, complete lines give H3 more options for drawing heads — being less complete in the sketch may work better. Overall the approach works.
