Theo may add a separate math tool to T3 Code, but still refuses native LaTeX

Following his declaration that T3 Code will never support native LaTeX, theo says he may cave and ship a dedicated "math tool" letting agents call LaTeX syntax for specific parts of a reply. He remains firm, however, that the markdown rendering pipeline will stay untouched, calling LaTeX a cursed syntax he won't normalize for everyone.
