Cloudflare open-sources Clef decision models, tops Jev Decision Index

Cloudflare released Clef and Clef-flash, two open-source decision models hosted on Workers AI and on Hugging Face under Apache 2.0. Riding the 'decision model' category popularized by Typesafe AI's Jev System One, they produce bounded structured outputs cheaply and consistently for agent workflows without retraining, complementing open-ended LLMs. Clef currently tops the Jev Decision Index and is fully Jev-API compatible. Cloudflare also debuted an RL fine-tuning platform for customizing Clef.
