User finds ChatGPT and Google bots caught his post's negativity that humans completely missed
Acrobatic-Attention9 · reddit · 2026-10-12
A Reddit user shares a surprising comparison: he posted a negativity-filled personal story to two subreddits, and human readers entirely missed the negativity and his point, unironically congratulating him. Showing the exact same post to ChatGPT and Google's chatbots, both picked up on the negativity and got his point. He says we're constantly told these bots are stupid and hallucinate, yet this showed better reading comprehension than people — which kind of freaked him out, and he's not sure what that says about AI or about people.
