AlexTensor · x · 2026-10-12
The fifth International Industrial AI Conference (IIAC 2026) takes place October 13 in Tokyo, hosted by the Industrial AI Federation and convened by Aitomatic. Anthony Annunziata and Yann LeCun will speak on Digital Engineers for Physical Industry, JEPA world models, and industrial-AI sovereignty.
The one-day closed-door event centers on who governs the intelligence running factories, grids, and supply chains within the $25-trillion industrial and semiconductor economy. Partners span Honeywell, IBM, Nvidia, Qualcomm, Panasonic, Tokyo Electron, JSR, Renesas, plus policymakers and VCs. Previous editions were at Stanford, with 2025 in Ha Noi.
