Claude Managed Agents public beta orchestrates plans across up to 1,000 agents in phases

Anthropic has released dynamic workflows for Claude Managed Agents in public beta, a new multiagent orchestration type for ambitious workloads.
How it works: a lead agent writes a plan that runs across many agents in phases, combining results at the end—scaling to up to 1,000 agents.
Benchmarks from the reposter: on a 116k-line codebase with 70 planted bugs, a single agent found 14–27 bugs, while the workflow found 66 on every run.
To try it, set multiagent type to multiagent20261001. The author warns it burns tokens—start scoped.
