Open-Source Qalign Node Fixes Pixel Drift in Qwen Image 2.1 Edits
listopalafoto · reddit · 2026-10-12
A developer released Qalign, an open-source ComfyUI node that geometrically aligns generated/enhanced images to a reference image, fixing pixel drift in Qwen Image 2.1 Edits with no model or text encoder needed. It uses an ORB + ratio test + RANSAC pipeline (up to 10,000 keypoints, 5,000 iterations, 0.995 confidence), phase correlation with multi-scale ECC refinement, plus anisotropic X/Y scaling and Farneback dense optical flow for complex warps. Includes workflows and recommended parameters.
