vista8 demos a browser plugin that generates subtitles for any YouTube video and lets you chat with the content via AI. With a local companion app, clips can be saved into local Obsidian or submitted to the Qiaomu RSS site, automatically turning videos into readable articles — shown end-to-end with a real example video.
