Free AI chat Auro adds cross-device sync, web search and 30+ voices
TheMoonMidas · x · 2026-10-12
Auro (auro.chat), a free AI chat service, shipped a batch of new features:
- Email sign-in to save sessions and memories across devices, with existing chats auto-linked to the new account
- Web search so Auro can pull in relevant information for its answers
- Full end-to-end voice: click the mic to talk, with 30+ selectable voices for read-aloud responses and hands-free mode
The service remains free; the page notes its GPU can be switched off when idle ("Auro is resting").
