- Bug: Codex App 26.1007.21434's Computer Use can't capture screenshots of Notepad or Loxone Config on Windows 10; window discovery, launch, and activation all work.
- sky.getwindowstate with includescreenshot: true fails with FrameArrived timed out, and retries after refreshing the window reference also fail. Windows' native capture works fine.
- Logs show [windows-capture-native-bridge] hotkey registration failures; root cause unconfirmed. Reproduction steps and environment details in the issue.
