FileDig brings local semantic file search to Windows as an open-source tool
simpleuserhere · reddit · 2026-10-12
FileDig, the Windows version of DigUp, is now open source (rupeshs/filedig). It indexes local files and lets you search documents and images by meaning — queries like "invoice with a total amount" or "photo of a sunset" — with document/image filters and GPU acceleration, all running locally.
