Hesamation corrects his earlier report on Fields Medalist Hugo Duminil-Copin's claim that OpenAI "annihilated" his field: the 16 solved problems were some of his favorite questions, not necessarily ones he was actively working on. The report that mathematicians plan to share less publicly came from Le Monde's journalist, though Hugo did say the culture of freely sharing ideas is breaking apart.
