X's Nikita Bier shared a concrete playbook: have an AI use Google Maps satellite imagery to find nearby homes where soil sits adjacent to a driveway (they get muddy in rain), look up the owner's contact info, and automatically send a $90 powerwashing offer — an example of combining satellite imagery and agents for a local services business. In a separate post he argued welfare programs should require applicants to sign an affidavit stating whether they've tried using AI to boost productivity or earn money.
