NYU researcher tweets to recover $20k after two months of OpenAI support silence

Researcher tallinzen says he contacted OpenAI on August 21 about a billing issue affecting his NYU group. Nearly two months later the issue is unresolved and he has received no response from support at all — so he's tweeting publicly in hopes of recovering his $20k.
