A Reddit user reports a "tunnel vision" issue with Opus 5.5 High and filed his first-ever /feedback to Anthropic. While debugging a Razer Synapse shortcut crash, the model failed to explore the full problem scope, proposed solutions without outlining implications, and twice ignored requests for further investigation — charging ahead until the user hit CTRL+C. The angle the user had originally asked to analyze turned out to be the actual solution. He says it's the first time he's had trust issues with the model's overly deterministic paths.
