a16z speedrun's first official hackathon, SpeedHacks, kicks off in San Francisco under the theme of giving people their time back. Builders get support from speedrun portfolio teams Dial, Alike, Keewano, Darwin and Sparta. Winning teams receive an expedited interview with the speedrun + Alpha investment team and $1K, plus $1K per company for 'best use' prizes, with food and swag on site.
