Researcher claims OpenAI exploits user prompts, cites Tao atop a list
basedjensen · x · 2026-10-11
A researcher posted that the bias in the problems being treated is "undisputable evidence" that OpenAI has been exploiting users' prompts, arguing there is no explanation for Terence Tao and Duminil-Copin sitting at the top of a list, and directly asked Sebastien Bubeck to comment, saying OpenAI "owns many explanations."
The reposter's comment: "These guys are completely losing it." The accusation is one-sided and unverified.
