Claude can now orchestrate teams of up to 1,000 agents, with splitting and merging on Anthropic's servers

According to a widely shared post, Claude can now run a team of up to 1,000 agents: you give it one big job, a lead agent splits it into parts, hands each part to its own agent, then merges the answers back together.
For agent builders, this means you no longer write the code that splits the job and merges the results — Anthropic handles that orchestration on its servers.
