A user trained 3D Gaussian Splatting using LichtFeld Studio v0.5.4 on a laptop with Ryzen 9 9955HX and RTX 5070 Ti 12GB, completing in roughly 10 hours. Fine structures like wooden railings were reconstructed cleanly, showing consumer laptops can handle 3DGS training.
