Ant Group's LingGuang PersonalAgent beta: control Mijia smart home, track prices and automate chores
赛博禅心 · wechat · 2026-10-11
A beta preview of Ant Group's LingGuang PersonalAgent, reportedly opening to all users this month. The agent connects to external ecosystems like Mijia: typing "安装米家API" makes it install the open-source mijiaAPI in a dedicated cloud Python environment and scan-pair 13 home devices. Real use cases include generating a formatted home-device manual (web layout converted page-by-page to JPEGs and printed via a Xiaomi K200 printer), nightly checks of door locks and appliances, temperature-triggered AC control, and price-tracking for a robot vacuum and flights with smart reminder rules. The author finds it surprisingly handy for everyday tasks.
