COGITOR: a shorter take on the COGITATOR rename proposal

In a follow-up to the COGITATOR naming thread, the author offers COGITOR (plural: cogitors) for everyday use — shorter, and a wink at Descartes' "cogito".
He concedes to Latin purists that it's a nickname, not a conjugation, noting that "computer" once referred to a person who calculated by hand, so words drift.
