Responding to a thread on how many stages remain before RSI reaches homeostasis, the author argues lab RSI still loops within human-set bounds: goals, data, power, and tests not self-graded. True homeostasis needs a maintained set-point plus the ability to halt when off-track; without these external constraints, extra stages only accelerate drift rather than stabilize it.
