JeffLadish: Nuclear deterrence and oceans are hard obstacles AI can't overcome

In a follow-up to his argument that neither the US nor China can use AI to dominate the other, JeffLadish adds that nuclear deterrence and the large oceans separating the two countries are very difficult challenges to overcome.
The short post reinforces his point that physical and strategic defense advantages won't be broken by AI alone.
