Perplexity researcher Denis Yarats says pplx-decider-v1.1-27b has climbed to #2 on OpenRouter, with more updates shipping next week: SOTA results on the reranking task, faster and more efficient inference, and a smaller, cheaper variant. He claims it is the best model on text and vision tasks across both closed- and open-source models.
