Musk demos Grok agentic shopping: snap your credit card and let it find the best deal
elonmusk · x · 2026-10-11
Elon Musk showed off a new Grok capability: take a picture of your credit card, drop it into the chat, and Grok will search the web for the best price on an item you want and place the order for you. The demo signals Grok's push from chatbot toward an agent that can execute real-world shopping tasks, while raising obvious security and privacy questions about sending card photos to a chatbot.
