Nvidia in Early Talks to Buy or Invest in $25B Open-Weight Startup Reflection AI

Per the FT, Nvidia is in early talks to acquire or further invest in Reflection AI, a $25B open-weight model startup. One option is an acqui-hire—hiring staff and licensing tech to avoid the antitrust review a full takeover would trigger, the same structure as its $20B Groq deal last December. A deal could come within weeks.
