Anthropic launches Claude Dashboards beta: plain-language BI from Snowflake to Redshift

Anthropic put Claude Dashboards into beta on October 8. Users connect a data warehouse such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift or Salesforce, ask questions in plain language, and Claude writes the SQL and builds a live dashboard — each chart exposes its query and last refresh time. Key details: the visible SQL is the useful part for auditing; enterprise admins must enable it under Artifacts after turning on code execution and artifact connectors, and IGA tools using the Claude Compliance API can monitor access. Also in beta on Team/Enterprise: Motion, which animates text and charts into MP4 exports; Docs, Slides and Design left beta the same day and are on all plans including Free.
