Face Swap of The Godfather Recreated Fully Local in ComfyUI on a 5070 Ti
FindingDistinct86 · reddit · 2026-10-11
A Reddit user pulled off a fully local face replacement of The Godfather footage using ComfyUI on an RTX 5070 Ti, keeping the character consistent across an entire scene with multiple cuts while leaving everything else in the frame untouched. The author says it took a lot of trial and error to get working, and is asking for a simpler ComfyUI workflow. A standout demo of replicating cinematic-level effects with a local workflow.
