He runs two cleanup agents on his Mac to manage RAM and 100GB of agent temp files

Running multiple long-lived agents on a Mac kept exhausting the author's RAM and storage, so he set up two dedicated cleanup agents:
- RAM optimizer: runs every 4 hours and kills orphaned processes left behind.
- Storage optimizer: runs daily. Other agents leave 50GB of temp data overnight, and git worktrees pile up to 100GB; it cleans both, backs up old worktrees to his NAS, and flags anything unpushed.
A practical pattern of using agents to manage agents — automating cleanup and backups so multi-agent orchestration can run sustainably over long periods.
