Intent, a multi-agent coordination tool for developers, wins over LukeW
LukeW · x · 2026-10-11
Designer LukeW amplified a firsthand take on Intent (intentapp.dev), a developer product for large-scale agent coordination, which already ships multiplayer agent sessions as an experimental feature. Journalist Sam Breed says after a few sessions this week he's "totally convinced this is the future."
Intent's pitch: when AI writes the code, the developer's job shifts to setting direction and deciding outcomes — operating at the level of intent. The site demos dozens of concurrent agent tasks across repos: building REST APIs, fixing flaky CI tests, adding DB migrations, migrating to Rust, building TUI agents and more.
