Grok bot appraises 40 Pokémon cards in 2 minutes, catches mispriced Charizard

- The author photographed a card shop display case and had a Grok Bot-driven script comp all 40 cards against recent sold prices in two minutes.
- Pipeline: auto-rotate the photo, detect and crop every card and graded slab with local OpenCV, read names/numbers/stickers with local RapidOCR, then verify crops in batches with a cheap OpenRouter vision model.
- Prices come from PriceCharting (raw or matching grade, cached 7 days), tiered as Deal (≤85% of market), Fair, or Overpriced, with a Check flag for suspiciously cheap reads.
- It caught a Hitmonchan priced 30% under market and a $300 "Charizard" that's actually a $160 Celebrations reprint; costs about a penny per photo.
- The full one-shot setup prompt is included, so anyone can rebuild the scanner with their own OpenRouter key.
