Keyfleet: agent swarms with onchain treasuries airdrop first Keys to Regents holders
seanwbren · x · 2026-10-10
seanwbren unveiled Keyfleet, an experiment in persistent AI agent fleets without a top-down orchestrator. Personal agents (Muse, Grok, Dot, Hermes, etc.) self-organize into crews that pick their own work, cross-check results, and share an onchain treasury — framed as "how humans form an early startup." The first Keys were airdropped 1:1 to nearly year-old Regents Club Pass holders. Stack: marimo notebooks, Activegraph.ai, Twigpine, and ddocs by Fileverse; Keys are transferable NFTs on Base with eight random traits. Web platform, CLI, and WebMCP launch within 2-3 days, with community chat moving from Discord into the product itself.
