Bun v1.4.3 ships bun check, a TypeScript checker 3-6.4x faster than tsc

Bun v1.4.3 fixes 166 issues and adds bun check, a built-in TypeScript type checker:
- A port of typescript-go passing 100% of TypeScript 7.0.2's conformance suite; reads tsconfig., reports the same errors as tsc, uses all CPU cores
- 3-6.4x faster and 2.2-4.9x less memory than tsc 7.0.2 on a 16-core Apple Silicon Mac (e.g. VS Code src: 1.24s vs 5.98s)
- Check-only: no JS/.d.ts emit, no language server; editors keep using TypeScript, no typescript package needed
- Also: bun run --check, 67% lower idle server CPU, Bun.FetchSession, faster JSON.parse, Node.js compat fixes
Author cnakazawa quipped that Bun is taking inspiration from Vite+.
