Vivix Labs launched Vivix W1, an interactive video generation model claiming all three of high quality, low latency, and low cost: $0.003 per second (1/50 the cost), 20x faster generation, and comparable quality — 77 videos vs 1 from Seedance 2.5 on the same $1.85 budget. The team admits gaps in cinematic fidelity, complex motion, and dense scenes; full-scale training is underway. Playground is live.
