A developer criticized Claude Code for wiping all mid-run progress when the 5-hour quota is exhausted, calling it a trivially fixable flaw for a product marketed as AGI-adjacent, and asked others to steelman the design. He noted DeepSeek never has this problem since it imposes no usage quota.
