asc CLI subscriptions setup no longer fails silently, now reports exactly what metadata is missing

rudrank noted that asc subscriptions setup used to exit 1 with nothing on stderr when Apple's readback returned MISSINGMETADATA. The verification failure now prints exactly what's missing, and the same improvement applies to subscription price imports and pricing equalize.
