asc CLI now exits 3 on auth failures and prints the exact login command to run

rudrank described an asc CLI improvement: missing credentials, unknown profiles, broken configs, and denied keychain access now exit with code 3 and print the full setup command (asc auth login --name ... --key-id ... --issuer-id ... --private-key ./AuthKey.p8). Unknown profile errors also list the profiles you have.
