Open TTS Leaderboard adds Paradee-8M, a Kokoro-82M distill matching WER at 1/10 params

The Open TTS Leaderboard rolls out updates: Paradee-8M, distilled from Kokoro-82M, matches the original's WER with 1/10 the parameters. Streaming engines audio.cpp and photon — both well suited to voice agents — are now being evaluated, and the eval scripts have been open-sourced.
