Dev Builds Robot Face Assembly Entirely with Codex, Awaits ESP32-S3 Shipment
kamathsblog · x · 2026-10-10
A developer shared progress on a robotics project: the face assembly was generated entirely by Codex. The model struggled to load and assemble the STEP file with the rest of the arm in Fusion, but the author says that's a quick manual fix. The Xiao ESP32-S3 Sense board finally shipped from China after a back-order, while the front cover remains a work in progress with unsatisfactory tolerances.
