Telling an LLM to "believe in yourself" helps it write 3D SDF models, but not enough
keenanisalive · x · 2026-10-10
In this thread installment, keenanisalive tries a "true believer" prompting approach—telling the model to believe in itself—and feeds it more of Inigo Quilez's code and transcripts to learn from. This definitely improved results but still fell far short. In the quoted earlier post, a direct LLM render took 45 minutes 47 seconds and was far below what a diffusion model produced in 3 minutes, yet the author kept pushing.
