Open-source Cloudroom spawns 110 cloud subagents from one prompt in 57 seconds

Developer cloudroomdev demoed Cloudroom, an open-source cloud agent orchestrator: a single prompt spawned 110 cloud subagents in 57 seconds — 10 Claude Sonnet agents, each launching 10 Haiku agents, breaking past local laptop limits.
Cloudroom is a desktop app that manages coding agents like Claude Code, Codex, and Pi Agent side by side. Each agent runs in its own isolated cloud sandbox with a copy of your code and full admin rights inside, but no access to other sandboxes. Key points:
- Laptop-off reliability: agents run in the cloud, so work continues without your machine
- Bring your own subscriptions: agents connect directly to model providers using your existing accounts
- Open-source core: your files and session history stay yours; self-host or use managed hosting
- Multi-model subagents: agents can hand subtasks to models better suited for them
The page also shows a real bug fix: exploring 12 files, editing 2, adding a test, and passing all 42 tests in 3m 41s.
