Designer ships polished launch video entirely in code: Remotion, Three.js and Suno, no editor

Designer Agu Seguí shared the full stack behind the launch video for Paper Mono, a free monospace font, built without ever opening a video editor: motion via React in Remotion, 3D magazine scenes in Three.js, a soundtrack coded as motifs in Strudel then remixed with Suno, and interface graphics drawn with the font's own box-drawing characters. Even the stop-motion pieces were produced in the Paper design tool with image generation.
His advice for course trailers and explainers: describe each scene in plain words, have an assistant build it as a Remotion project, and keep the code — when a word or timing changes, edit one line and re-render.
