Medical AI lab ships free tool that reads 23andMe SNPs to estimate statin side-effect risk

An applied medical AI lab released a free tool that reads SNPs from users' 23andMe and AncestryDNA data to estimate clinically relevant risks, such as statin side-effect susceptibility and cholesterol absorption efficiency.
The motivation: genomic data has been glacially slow to reach the clinic, and the team wants to put the markers they actually use with patients directly into users' hands.
