AI agent calls Volvo, waits 15 minutes on hold, and gets the appointment info
bansalg_ · x · 2026-10-10
Developer MattPRD shared a real use case of his AI assistant Muse calling Volvo customer service to find the next available appointment. Muse waited on hold for 15 minutes, spoke with the rep without confusion or interruptions, and came back with the information he needed.
He says he now runs multiple calls like this every day and keeps refining how he leverages the tool, calling it a huge time-saver. The transcript is real; the audio was re-recorded for the video.
