After HA Yellow failure and LLM-assisted eMMC debugging, altryne moves to Omarchy VM

Developer altryne's Home Assistant Yellow failed outright; after hours of eMMC debugging with Astra and Opus 5.5, he concluded the only way out was installing Omarchy Linux on an old laptop and running HA in a VM.
Bonus: the laptop has an 8GB 3070 GPU, and he's excited about running tiny local models again. A classic LLM-assisted troubleshooting plus homelab story.
