Adding to the codemode isolation thread, mitsuhiko says opencode's tradeoff of using an AST interpreter is fine, but he wouldn't choose that starting point if building Pi today. He remains uneasy about an AST interpreter as the only isolation mechanism and isn't fully sold on wasm/worker-only isolation either.
