Per documents and screenshots seen by Business Insider, Google is preparing to release Gemini 4 "Argon" to the public. Staff inside the company are reportedly testing better versions that may further close the gap with rivals. That new internal model, codenamed Carbon, recently got a new checkpoint on Google's internal coding platform Jetski, and is said to rival Opus.
