AI techie applies 'efficiency' logic to TV shows: dozens of people per scene is wasteful
genmon · x · 2026-10-10
An AI-industry poster satirically applies efficiency-speak to television: since a person works 8 hours a day and a job market holds maybe 15-21 people, TV dramas featuring dozens of distinct characters per scene are "woefully inefficient."
It's a joke post that skewers the mindset of optimizing everything for efficiency, and the absurdist humor gives it share value.
